2025 June 20-23 - South Dakota Family Trip to Crazy Horse Memorial, Bear Country U.S.A. and Custer State Park Buffalo Herd (Published: 2025-07-06)
Cathy, Joe R., Joe A. and Holt drive from Colorado Springs to Custer, South Dakota to visit Crazy Horse Memorial Mountain Sculpture and take the bus tour to the top and then visit Bear Country U.S.A. Drive Through Wildlife Park. In Custer State Park, we also drive the Needles Highway to see spectacular rock formations and drive through tunnels and drive on Wildlife Loop Rd. to see a gigantic herd of Buffalo up close and personal.

2025 May 13-19 - Rose and Paul Visit Us in Colorado Springs (Published: 2025-05-19)
Rose and Paul come to visit us in Colorado Springs from Clark Mills in Central New York. We go to the shooting range in Pueblo West with Joe A., tour Garden of the Gods, see a herd of Big Horn Sheep, visit the Garden of the Gods Trading Post, Joe A. and Paul shoot pool at Joe A. and Amanda's house, attend a reading play at Holt\s school, have a celebratory dinner of Mama Lucianos Ravioli with Joe A.\ss sauce and Joe A. and Paul shoot more pool at Phantom Canyon Brewing Co. in downtown Colorado Springs.

2025 April 26 - Stargazing Event at Kosmos Stargazing Resort and Spa in Mosca, CO the San Luis Valley (Published: 2025-07-25)
Joe A. and Joe R. attend an Immersive Stargazing Event at Kosmos Stargazing Resort & Spa
in Mosca, Colorado. We not only got to see beautiful views of the star filled night sky with the naked eye, but spectaular views of planets, stars and galaxcies throough powerful computer-controlled telescopes. We also met some wonderful and interesting people. One couple wsa staying in the first completed Kosmos Villa and graciously offered to give us a tour. It was a fabulous night!

2025 March 10-13 - Our Relaxing Trip to Leadville, Colorado (Published: 2025-03-18)
We take an R&R trip to visit one of our favorite old, historic, Colorado towns, Leadville, the highest city in North America at 10,152 ft. We view the quaint Victorian and Old West architecture of downtown, try to access the 12-mile Mineral Belt Trail, we explore the legendary Silver Dollar Saloon, experience High Mountain Pies, visit the historic Temple Israel Synagogue Museum and explore the Delaware Hotel and Restaurant.
