2022 December 4-27 - Christmas with Family and Friends (Published: 2023-02-27)
We start the Christmas season early with a visit from Cathy's second cousin, Jonathan, from Denver along with his parents, Patrick (Cathy's first cousin) and Cyndi. We attend the Christmas Program at Holt's school, do some family photos at Grammy and Grampy's, have our traditional Grammy Luciano's hommade ravioli family dinner, visit our friends Nancy and Atis in Palmer Lake, Colorado and do our annual tour and family dinner at the Broadmoor Hotel.

2021 May 18-21 - Aunt Bernadette and Aunt Rosemarie Visit Us in Colorado
Aunt Bernadette and Aunt Rosemarie came from Central New York to visit Holt (and maybe us too) in Colorado Springs from May 18-21,
about a month before his 4th birthday on June 17th. We have a family dinner at Joe A., Amanda and Holt's house, we go to the
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo here in Colorado Springs and Grammy and Grampy took the Aunts on a scenic drive to the town of Breckenridge,
driving over three Rocky Mountain Passes.

2018 July 11-16 - Rome, New Paltz, Hyde Park and Albany New York (Published: 2023-03-19)
As part of attending a freind's wedding in New Paltz, New York, we visit family and friends in Rome, NY, visit Hyde Park, the museum and former home of President F.D.R. and rendezvous with a friend in Albany, NY and tour the N.Y. State Capitol Building.

2017 September 10-15 - Jimmy Visits Us in Colorado (Published: 2023-03-06)
Jimmy, Joe R.'s cousin, comes from San Diego to visit us in Colorado and we take a couple of road trips. We visit Bent's Old Fort near La Junta, CO, the town of Fort Collins, Puoudre Canyon, Shambhala Mountain Center Buddhist Temple, Totally 80s Pizza, New Belgium Brewery Tour, Old Town Square in downtown Fort Collins and Rise! a Breakfast Place.

2016 October 1-8 - Rome, New York, Old Sturbridge Village. MA and Bully Hill Winery (Published: 2023-03-19)
In October 2016, we fly to Central New York to attend the wedding of a friend's daughter on October 9th in Geneva, New York. We take the opportunity to stay in Rome, NY to visit with Cathy's family and drive to Old Sturbridge Village, Massachusetts to rendezvous and visit with a friend, who lives in Maine.

2013 October 8-19 - Visit Jimmy in San Diego, Family in Granite Bay, Drive PCH and San Juan Capistrano (Published: 2023-03-07)
Cathy and Joe R. fly out to San Diego to visit and stay with Jimmy. We drive up to Granite Bay (near Sacramento) for a family reunion, drive down the spectacularly scenic Pacific Coast Highway back to Jimmy's house in San Diego, rest a bit, then drive up to San Juan Capistrano to rendezvous with Vince and Annely for lunch and tour the Mission.

2013 May 17-25 - Jimmy Visits Us in Colorado Springs (Published: 2023-02-21)
Cousin Jimmy comes from San Diego, CA to visit us and we travel around Colorado. We go to the Celestial Seasonings factory and Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado to take the factory tours and visit Buffalo Bill's grave and museum on top of Lookout Mountain. We go to the National Museum of World War II Aviation, and view Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. We also go to Mountain Shadows restaurant and the Territory Days in Old Colorado City. On the way to the airport for his trip home, we stop at the New York Deli News restaurant in Denver.

the Oregon/California Trail Center, and scenic environs in Idaho, and then we take the Durango and Silverton
Narrow Gauge Railroad up through the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.
