Cathy discoverd a most amazing gem right here in Colorado Springs - The Pikes Peak Trolley Museum and Restoration Shop. So, we decided to invite our friends, Jutta and Paul, to visit it with us.

Who knew there was a Roswell, Colorado? Who knew it had a trolley museum? Who knew they had a full trolley/rail car restoration shop? Who knew they provided docent guided tours? Well -- now WE know!

For a very modest entrance fee of $5 per adult or $4 per senior, we got a docent guided tour of the museum with it's many historic pictures and artifacts, a tour of the restoration shop, a tour of the "yard" with it's many old trolley and railroad cars, and we even got a short ride on a working trolley.

This place was absolutely spectacular and exceeded all our expectations. This is a MUST SEE for all histroy, railroad and/or trolley buffs.
