In July 2018, we fly to Central New York in order to attend the wedding of our friends Patty and Steve's son, Matt, in New Paltz, NY on July 14th. We spend July 11th and 12th visiting with family and friends in Rome, NY then drive to New Paltz on July 13th.

July 11, 2018 - At her brother Bernie and sister-in-law Jackie's house, the family has an early 70th birthday celebration for Cathy.

July 12, 2018 - We visit with our good friends Lorraine and Joe at their (then) home in North Syracuse, NY.

July 13, 2018 - We drive from Rome to New Paltz, New York and have lunch at the very quaint The Egg's Nest Restaurant in town. We then drive across the Hudson River to tour tHyde Park, the museum and former home of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

July 16, 2018 - On the way back to Rome, we stop in Albany, New York to rendezvous with our good friend, Joan, who lives in Maine. We visit the American Italian Heritage Museum and Cultural Center and then the New York State Capitol Building.
