After passing through the town of Chimayo, we took a short detour west on Route 76 to visit the Chimayo Trading and Mercantile. The building is more than 100 years old and a local landmark for many decades.

Heading east once again on Route 76, we couldn't help but stop to view this beautiful landscape along Route 76, just outside the village of Las Trampas.
