Our first major destination after 31.5 hours of straight driving 1,888 miles. See Planet Hollywood, the Hershey Chocolate Store, the American Falls, the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, the Floral Clock, the Butterfly Conservatory, the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens, and Lake Ontario (one of the five Great Lakes).

We visit the Petrified Creatures Museum in Richfield Springs, NY, and the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

We tour the famous Finger Lakes Region of Central, NY, with visits to the Bully Hill and Pleasant Valley Wineries with views of Keuka Lake (the second largest of the Finger Lakes) and culminating with a fabulous dinner at Belhurst Castle on Seneca Lake (the largest of the Finger Lakes), in Geneva, NY.

We visit the Thousand Islands Region of Northern, NY, staying with our friends, Al & Joan, at the beautiful Pine Tree Resort right on the St. Lawrence River. We take the Uncle Sam Boat Tour on the St. Lawrence River, with a visit to Boldt Castle on Heart Island.
